PRE-ORDER
When you place a pre-order, your item will be crafted once we receive your payment. The estimated manufacturing time for each product is provided on the respective product page. If you have any uncertainties or need more information, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us via email at contact@artizing.com. To provide a clearer picture, here are some examples of manufacturing deadlines: 1 to 2 weeks for seating, 1 to 2 weeks for mirrors, 2 to 3 weeks for furniture, and 1 to 2 months for carpets. It’s important to note that while your order amount will be deducted upon payment, the full amount will be sent within the specified timeframe mentioned on the product page. Please be aware that pre-order items cannot be expedited for express delivery.

- For customers in Morocco, we offer the following payment options: cash on delivery, PayPal, and credit card (Visa and MasterCard).
- For customers outside of Morocco, we accept PayPal and credit card payments (Visa and MasterCard).

Delivery
- Within Morocco: 3 to 7 working days.
- Rest of the World: Standard shipping via AMANA POST COLIS with a delivery time of 7 to 15 days.

Shipping Address

International Buyers
All orders shipped to countries, including the U.S., may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. The declared value of your purchase cannot be altered to reduce international customs fees. Any additional charges related to customs clearance must be paid by the buyer upon pickup.
