Once your return request is accepted, we will furnish you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions regarding where and how to send back your package. Items returned without prior authorization will regrettably not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

To expedite the process of obtaining the desired item, we suggest returning the item you currently have. Once the return is approved, you can then proceed to make a separate purchase for the replacement item.

Refunds

We will promptly inform you upon receiving and inspecting your return item, notifying you of the approval status for your refund request. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed using your original payment method.
